Mount Charles nursery class uses a key worker approach. This means that each member of the team has a group of children for whom he/she is particularly responsible.
Your child’s key worker will be the person who works with you to make sure that our planned provision is right for your child’s particular needs and interests. When your child first starts at Mount Charles, she/he will help your child to settle and throughout your child’s time in the setting, they will help your child to learn and develop and communicate regularly with you.
