Our school uniform helps create a sense of belonging and pride in our school community. We expect all pupils to wear the correct uniform each day and we aim to keep it simple, comfortable, and affordable for families.

Look smart, feel smart and think smart!

Early years and key stage 1 uniform:

• white polo shirt
• Mount Charles v neck jumper or cardigan
• grey trousers, shorts, skirt or pinafore
• black shoes (no trainers)
• grey or white socks
• water-resistant coat for outdoor play and learning
• Blue book bag with school logo

Key stage 2 uniform:

• white shirt
• school tie to be worn with shirt
• for summer, a white polo shirt
• Mount Charles v neck jumper or cardigan
• grey trousers, shorts, culottes or skirt
• grey or socks
• black shoes – no logo or branding
• water-resistant coat for outdoor play and learning
• optional – blue/white check summer dress for summer term

PE kit:

• white t shirt (with school logo)
• black shorts
• plain black jogging trousers for winter
• trainers or black Velcro plimsolls
• PE bag (with or without school logo)

Jewellery and accessories

• children should not wear jewellery to school; children who have their ears pierced should wear a pair of small studs that can be removed by the child (or parent/carer at home) on PE days
• children may wear a watch to school; we encourage the use of analogue watches to practice the skill of telling the time, but if digital watches are worn, they should have no additional features or functionality (e.g. messaging, calling, photography, gaming)
• smart watches are not allowed in school

Most of our school uniform can be purchased (without logos) from local supermarkets. Branded items with the school logo (e.g. jumper, cardigan, t shirt) can be purchased from Cornwall Screenprint and Embroidery.

We also hold regular ‘pre-loved’ uniform sales after school and at school events. Please contact the school office to find out when the next event is, or to enquire about the availability of certain items.
